We've got the consistently giving a never fighting part down (so for any way). We've got years of friendship as a base. But it's new & we're figuring out the new Shape slowly & mean while the trauma from my last relationship (quite a while ago - I waited on purpose) is rearing it's head again. How do I cope & give this the space it needs to become what it will? Thanks-

Your heart is inherited from our animal ancestors, an inner chimp & throwback to an earlier age. When you act anxious or passive-aggressively, it scares away anyone with balance. Use your head to talk yourself out of bad behavior. With confidence, you fake it 'til you make it. And push away any family or friends who drain you by being angry or taking you for granted.
