I’ve been alone for a little over a year. I’ve learned a lot about myself, stayed active, met new people and dated.
I’m still fighting that lonely feeling. What can I do?
Just like your heart can mislead yuo in love, it can mislead you in lonely.
You can take charge by calling up a friend or going to a hobby club or online to make new friends, and have enough that you’re always around people.
You can do it!
