 Find a friend & make a list of all your goals & things you could do to make yourself happier & more confident. Confidence is attractive & it gives you the bravery to say “no” to Mr. Wrong. Date at least once a week and as you get into the habit, each person you meet — it will feel more routine and less high-stakes.
