Make a list of reason to lose weight on a small card & carry it in your pocket or wallet. Weigh yourself every day, and chart it. Be creative & find healthy alternative foods and don't buy anything but that. Eat at home only & never go out. Believe in yourself and distract yourself in healthy ways if you feel down & want to binge eat.
