It's normal to feel off-balance & overwhelmed, and you can do a lot to fix it! Make a list of what's genuinely, without illusions, making you happy or unhappy. Include in your goals a feeling of stability. Back away from responsibilities or relationships, even family, that are draining you. You will build confidence & energy and find peace of mind.
