How can I muster up the energy to motivate myself to get out of bad and do something productive/stop moping + feeling feeling lazy. I know need to and want to get going , but I physicall cannot make my muscles( + my head ) do it; it's easier to lay back + escape for a while longer... ( I am not disabled, but I'm in the middle of a long & mostly friutless job search in the crappy economy and I am getting both theropay and meds ofr depression.)
