I left a friendship a few years ago because it was toxic and filling my life with fear & panic attacks. I'm still afraid of her, even as I have learned to respect my boundaries and gained self esteem. I still hear her ridiculing me and accusing me of bad things. How do I move on? How can I gain peace?
