openess and kindness at an intersection wich is more important? How do we know when our individuality is hurtfully to others? when do we speach and when do we let it pass?

It's possible to give negative feedback openly but be kind through empathy & reassurance that you respect & support your friend. Work on building trust & rapport so that giving & taking requests doesn't involve anxiety about what does that really mean?
