Anger comes from frustration. Invite a friend over, get a pad of paper, & try to unknot some of the problems in your life. You can use your head to halt anger. Think, how much would I pay to make this go away? $500? $5o? $5? how angry can you reasonably be about $5? Take note of how anger can ruin your day. Just be aware & that gives control.
