It’s mainly a matter of confidence, which is mainly a matter of backing away from the people in your life that drain you. It’s insulting for your husband to suggest that you aren’t a complete person. Don’t allow people to take you for granted. Be giving to those who give back & say ”no” to the rest. Confidence is attractive. Then get active & ask a bunch of acquaintances out. Join a hobby club!
