I don’t know ,but he can increase his chances by: Sorting out the problems in his life. That builds confidence & that’s attractive. Being active in meeting people online, at parties, & through hobby clubs. He needs to make the first move. Make friendship, not sex, the focus of the relationship. If he gets pushy, it just back fires.
