Start by rejecting the wrong ones ! You can tell the difference by not being permissive if your date is rude to the waiter, or takes you for granted. Then get active & you make the first step of reaching out. join hobby clubs, go to parties, go online, & talk with strangers in the store. Aim for one date a week & say no until you find your yes !
