You can’t be cruel without burying you empathy for others. Few people are actual sociopaths who need therapy. Most cruel people have simply given up caring because cruelty is what they see around them. This might be a good time to enroll her in a new school system or move somewhere fresh- And set a good example of being fair & firm, but never cruel.
