Today I’m happy, because tomorrow I am going to Salem with a friend and doing Halloween stuff.
How can I learn to worry less?
Worry, like any emotion, gets stronger when you fixate on it.
Distract yourself whenever anxious thoughts come to you, with a book or TV or calling a friend.
Worry is basically fear of the unknown. Make a contingency plan & use your brain to calm your heart.
The world’s not coming to an end, & if you make plans intellectually you’ll be fine!
