Make a list of all your goals and then add one: “love myself”. Make sure to leave time in your schedule to relax, and brainstorm how to change your life not just for getting along but for happiness, which might involve getting distance from hurtful relationships & obligations. You may want to get tested for depression — it’s quite common.
