How to not absorb passive / aggressive peoples behavior & how to let go / express anger effectively?

 

Avoid passive / aggressive people.

Root them out of your life entirely.

With your own anger, ask yourself:

1. Is it really important?

2. Am I really right?

3. Is there anything I can do?

Unless the answer is yes, just think “Well, I’m going to just feel bad until I drop it, why not now?”
