This card reminds me of myself a long time ago. Yes, it is possible to overcome social anxiety. 🙂

I’m so self-conscious in certain situations.

How can I overcome that and gain more confidence?


There’s a technique called “stop thinking”.

When you have an anxious thought, acknowledge it without guilt and choose to think on something else.

Also, get rid of the idealism that keeps you close to the people who tear you down because you hope they’ll change.
