It’s normal to want to change but be afraid to. Mark a day on your calendar — within a month — as “change day” and have a party with friends. Present to them a list of what you want to do & get practical about getting the support you need to stick it through. You can do it, don’t be afraid! Just take the 1st step. <3 <3
