Where Thousands of Questions Get Answered

Today’s card is about how easy it is to fool oneself.

Speaking of that, I think I’m going to call a halt to voting for Wheel Questions. We’re not shaping up to be a genuine contender. It’s annoying to some readers to get daily reminders — and I don’t want to annoy you, I promise. I think the winning 10 will all be institutional organizations, like prisons and schools, with a captive audience that the administrators can “make” vote daily.

Thank you to those of you who voted! You moved Wheel Questions up from 295th place to 167th place. If we’d continued, it would most likely have made the top 100 before the end of the month. Not bad considering this is a national contest. We’ll find other ways to work together. Speaking of which, anyone know a literary agent or publisher for the Wheel Questions book? Email me at johnny@wheelquestions.org. 🙂

Is it okay to have a lot of sex and not care?

-David

Humans are really good at fooling ourselves. It helps us get through tragedy. But people can also take on disturbingly out-of-touch opinions.

If you think you can have sex without caring for someone, you are creating mental dissonance & causing yourself & others pain.

It’s easy to fix! Allow yourself to care.
