Waiting is the enemy. All you need is a bit of a push from a friend. 🙂
For example, check out my list of July 4th celebrations in New England. I’ve found 330 of them and there’s bound to be one that will motivate you to get out this weekend.
Invite a friend over & make a list of all the things that make you happy, the things that make you sad, & things you thought should work to make you happy but just don’t.
Then write down a plan to tackle the problems. As you define the plan it will seem less scary & you’ll feel on top of it & then go change it!
