Even when the question is so familiar that everyone knows the answer, some disagree on how to apply the answer, while most don’t even know where to start.
What is the best way to loose weight and lower my cholesterol?
Make a list of reasons to lose weight on a small card & carry it in your pocket or wallet.
Weigh yourself every day, and chart it. Be creative & find healthy alternative foods and don’t buy anything but that.
Eat at home only & never go out.
Believe in yourself and distract yourself in healthy ways if you feel down & want to binge eat.
