Make a list of your likes & dislikes.

Do you like kangaroos? Sports? Cars?

You know a lot more about yourself than you think! Make sure to include what hobbies, friends, & jobs you’ve liked. Get a friend & do some brainstorming about what habits you want to stop & what dreams you want to plan for. You don’t have to “find” yourself, make yourself!
