Where Thousands of Questions Get Answered

A scientific connection has been shown between cynics who think the worst about life and those who then display angry behavior. Is there a way to “help” habitual cynics? Maybe, but change can only come from within, and unless they’ve acknowledged the problem, what makes you think they’ll get to a solution?

Why are people mean to each other?

When people are unhappy or have a chemical imbalance, they get grumpy. Grumpy people constantly think their pain is coming from where it’s not.

So they lash out randomly at people and they’re wrong to do so.

You can’t “fix” people like this.

You have to avoid them, even if that means dumping a friend.
